Hey Girlies....
So today is the beginning of some massive changes for me.
Today I am chosing to turn my back on my old unhealthy eating ways and turn over a new leaf. I started getting ready for this over the weekend making my very first stock and first home made vegetable soup.
I have planned out my first week of meals and the shopping is in so we are all systems go. I'm not attending any classes, Weight Watchers or Slimming World but I am using Slimming World as a guide through my first couple of weeks. If it works out going to the classes might be something I will look into.
If my soup turns out to be nice I will post the recipie on here tomorrow. Other than that I am sourcing all recipies online so I will post links and changes etc on here during the week when I try them out.
I did start cutting down last week and for being just a little bit good I lost 2lb so I am excited to see what will happen this week.
